Terms & Conditions
The use of the services implies acceptance of the conditions described on this page, which explain the general operation of the service, the associated responsibilities, and the operational limits required to maintain a stable, secure, and predictable environment.
1. General Description of the Service
The services provide the necessary resources to host websites on high-performance VPS servers, manage domain names, use corporate email accounts, and access technical support and basic maintenance.
The provision of the service is carried out according to the technical capabilities of the available infrastructure and under the procedures established for its proper operation.
Included Services
- Web hosting on VPS servers
- Domain registration for each hosting plan
- Managed control panel (Plesk)
- Corporate email accounts
- Automated backups
- Basic technical maintenance
- Technical support for incidents
2. Infrastructure and Web Hosting
Hosting is carried out on VPS servers managed within a private infrastructure. These resources are not shared with large volumes of users, allowing greater stability, speed, and security compared to shared hosting platforms.
Hosting must be used responsibly, avoiding actions that could overload the server, compromise security, or affect the performance of other services.
3. Domain Management and Renewal
Hosting plans include one domain at no additional cost, with available extensions such as .com, .es, .net, or .org. Additional domains are managed and billed separately according to current rates.
Domain renewal is performed annually. If the renewal is not completed on time, the domain may be lost or enter special recovery stages determined by the registrar.
4. Web Administration Panel
Hosting is managed through the Plesk control panel. Access can be requested when necessary. Any change performed through this panel is executed under the responsibility of the person using the access credentials and may affect website or server functionality.
5. Use of Corporate Email Accounts
Corporate email accounts are intended for standard professional communication. To protect server reputation and ensure proper message delivery, hourly sending limits apply. These limits prevent the use of email accounts for mass mailings or high-volume automated processes.
Intensive or unauthorized use of email may result in temporary blocking to preserve system stability. For mass mailings or automation, it is recommended to use external platforms designed for this purpose.
6. Backups and Restorations
The infrastructure performs automated backups at no additional cost. Backups are stored for a limited period and can be requested when needed.
When restoration is required due to errors caused by external modifications, unauthorized changes, or negligence, a fee of €147 plus taxes may apply, in addition to the intervention time required.
7. Technical Maintenance of the Website
Basic maintenance includes server updates, CMS updates (such as WordPress), essential plugin updates, and correction of issues affecting the general operation of the website.
The following are not included: design work, creation of new sections, custom development, content editing, or issues caused by external interventions. These services may be quoted separately.
8. Technical Support and Communication Channels
Support is primarily managed via email or through the support form available on the website, allowing incidents to be recorded and handled correctly. In urgent cases, other communication channels may be enabled depending on the nature of the issue.
9. Service Duration and Cancellations
The service has no mandatory minimum term. Cancellation may be requested at any time through a written notification with at least 30 days’ notice.
Services renew automatically each year to avoid interruptions, particularly concerning the domain. If cancellation is requested outside the required notice period, the annual renewal will still apply.
If cancellation is requested before the end of the already billed annual cycle, the full period must still be paid, as service pricing is based on annual cycles.
10. Billing and Payment Methods
Billing is performed through direct debit, usually between January 1st and 10th. Returned payments incur a fixed fee of €10 due to administrative costs.
During the first year, a proportional adjustment is applied based on the service start date. From the second year onward, billing always follows complete annual cycles (January to December).
A monthly payment option may be requested, which carries a 20% surcharge over the annual price due to additional administrative work. Monthly payment is only a breakdown of the annual cost and does not change the duration of the service.
In cases of non-payment exceeding 15 days past the due date, services may be temporarily suspended until payment is regularized.
11. Security and Confidentiality
All information handled during the service is treated with strict security and confidentiality measures. The infrastructure includes protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of security breaches.
It is the responsibility of each user to maintain secure devices, protect access credentials, and avoid sharing passwords through insecure channels such as unencrypted email or basic messaging apps.
12. Applicable Taxes
Services are subject to the taxes applicable in the country of residence of the contracting party. If a valid and verifiable VAT number is provided, invoicing will be adjusted in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
13. Data Protection
When services involve the processing of personal data belonging to residents of the European Union, processing will be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
No data will be shared with third parties unless legally required.
Rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, and restriction may be exercised through the available contact channels.
